Tracie Long's Classification for workouts

I am wondering how you would classify Tracie's newer workouts:

Metabolic Conditioning
Grand Total
Stronger Longers

I am trying to do a rotation up and I found that someone posted:

week one: cardio weights cardio rest interval cardio rest
week two: interval cardio rest interval weights rest weights

I also found these classified

Cardio: Dynamic Strength and Power (DSP), Core Cardio (CC), Better Burn…Better Buns (BBBB), Step Forward (SF), Kick Back (KB), Power Up (PU), Break Through (BT), Weight Less (WL)

Weights: Core Strength (CS), Strength In Movement (SIM), Defining Shape (DS), Leaning Out (LO)

Interval: Functional Strength (FS), Endurance For Movement (EFM), Staying Power (SP), Back Up (BU), Lift Higher (LH), Defined Lines (DL); Reboot 1 & 2

Stability Ball: Core Foundations (CF), Finding Your Core (FYC)

Thanks for the question Rhonda, I'm interested too. It's been awhile since I've tried them, but for me both Stronger Longers are primarily weights.

Great question that I'd love to know too!!

I've only previewed stronger Longer 1/2 but I agree with bubbles, definitely weights.

I don't have them (yet) but the first two Metabolics have been described as having the first workout on them as a weights and the second as a cardio. See counterclockwise's response to my question (same as yours ). Others agree with her response.

I have asked/searched, but not seen, an answer regarding her Metabolic 5/6 or Grand Total.
