Great question that I'd love to know too!!
I've only previewed stronger Longer 1/2 but I agree with bubbles, definitely weights. I don't have them (yet) but the first two Metabolics have been described as having the first workout on them as a weights and the second as a cardio. See counterclockwise's response to my question (same as yours ). Others agree with her response. http://forum.videofitness.com/showthread.php?t=222923 I have asked/searched, but not seen, an answer regarding her Metabolic 5/6 or Grand Total.
