KB rotation advice needed

I am a huge kettlebell fan. Every time I try something different, I miss bells right away. I also realize that I need more cardio. Please, advice on what rotation sounds better. I have M-F, 40 minutes per day to workout.

1. M-F - 20 min short cardio (turbo jam, other kickboxing, dance/power walk) + short KB circuits (Skogg, AOS, Lauren)

2. M, W, F - 40 min full length KB routines from the above instructors;
T, Th – 40 min cardio

Thanks in advance

I would probably prefer spending 40 minutes on one thing - mentally I think it's easier than figuring out more things. Alternating days also gives you rest days from each.

I agree with Buff! I'd try to focus on 3x KB (maybe 2x30 min, 1x 40 min) and the other days cardio, mixing up the duration.

As long as there are swings involved, I find getting quite a good bit of cardio when doing KB.

I would go with the 40 min Kettlebell training every other day alternating with cardio. This way you do not have to worry about overtraining with weights on consecutive days. Plus it seems like an easier rotation to plan. Then weeks into the rotation when you decide your bored you can switch it up with a week of 20 min kettlbells plus cardio. Do what works for you and what you will stick to.
