New/Upcoming Release Beachbody's Country Heat

I am still enjoying Country Heat and alternating it with Body Gospel.
I love how simple moves are shown then combined without repetitive TIFTTing.
Also love the music louder option on both.
Both with little tweaking work on my bungees too.

In case anyone is curious about the line dance on the deluxe DVD, Country Heat recently posted a preview of Saddle Up. IMHO this dance is so much fun! It is my favorite and I tack it onto every CH workout I do.

Freestyle dance is all pretty much the same moves. The way the moves are accentuated determines if the dance style is more funk, jazz, hip hop, Latin, country etc. That's why I love freestyle dance, it is what ever you decide to make it.
