Very nice article. Thank you for sharing. I love Sadie and her balanced approach to exercise, food, and life in general.
I am already a Barre3 member and have access to their recipes (most of which I've made are very simply and tasty!) I'm curious how much her e-course differs from the Barre3 nutrition philosophy. As an aside - and totally just out of being nosy - does anybody know how old Sadie is? I'd pegged her as early 40s but was just curious! |

Definitely; I don't mind. ... and if you want you could attribute it her. I think she paraphrased a quote from some TV personality way before a lot of people's time ...
