Have you ever heard the expression "happy weight"? I'm assuming that would be the weight you achieve when you find balance and are living life as healthily and actively as possible, while still enjoying some treats and not living to exercise.

Very nice article. Thank you for sharing. I love Sadie and her balanced approach to exercise, food, and life in general.

I am already a Barre3 member and have access to their recipes (most of which I've made are very simply and tasty!) I'm curious how much her e-course differs from the Barre3 nutrition philosophy.

As an aside - and totally just out of being nosy - does anybody know how old Sadie is? I'd pegged her as early 40s but was just curious!
