Question Beginner body building/sculpting books....can anyone rec one that is r/o/p & TIA

great for a beginner. I am wanting to get a bodybuilders body without the bulky look...if that makes any sense. I don't want to compete in competetions or anything just wanting to sculpt an awesome physique . TIA everyone!

r/o/p?

The "Body Sculpting Bible for Women" is pretty good (though I have no idea if it's "r/o/p" because I don't know what you mean by that!)

I have no idea what r/o/p is either, but there's a book list that VF members put together that has 100 books listed.

r/o/p means 'read on please'
TIA means 'thanks in advance'

I really like this book even though it's targeted for men:
Men’s Health Home Workout Bible by Lou Schuler and Michael Mejia

I recently purchased this book but haven't received it yet:
Beyond Basic Training: Fitness Strategies for Men by Jon Giswold
It's only $9.99 here.
It looks pretty good. No comment on the photographs.
