Kelly has the pre-order up on her website for her two new DVDs.
Titles are "Cardio/Pump" & "Lean Body Circuits", they are $14.99 each, free S&H.

I feel sure that she's talked in her forum about having pre-mixes on these! It's hard to image a 30MTF DVD without pre-mixes.

Yes, there will be modifications. Not much needed in Cardio Pump, but it will be useful to have one in Lean Body Circuits.Keep in mind too with LBC, premixes will take out the high cardio segments if you choose to not do it at all. You could just do the boxing for the cardio part.

I asked about premixes on Facebook. Kelly answered very quickly with a list. I cannot copy and paste since I am on the Kindle with a cat cuddling on me
 I will try to do it later.
