Thanks for posting about your trip . It was really interesting
Did Misty post any more Body Groove HIIT workouts? I am curious.

I am taking a rest day today. My back is almost better, but my sleep has been pretty bad this week.

I need to cut back on baking. I eat too much of it! I really enjoy it, though.....

I did finish the Sadhana. I did Yoga Upload 20 minute floor practice yesterday.
Each time I say I'm going to pick a focus for the sadhana, and I never do......

Have a great weekend! I hope to do cardio tomorrow. We don't have any plans. We are probably the only house not watching football, though! I like to watch a little of the puppy/kitten bowl on the Hallmark channel, though!

Thanks Sherry. I’ll be glad to get home now. I’m not looking forward to the long flight.

Congratulations on finishing your Sadhana. I’m like you; I love baking (it’s very therapeutic) but a few years ago my DH said he couldn’t keep up with eating it all. I was baking almost every day then!

I just checked the Body Groove site. They’ve added HIIT 3 since I last looked (32 min/34 min with instructions and HIIT 4 (30 min/36 min with instructions). I’ll be doing them hopefully next week, when I’m over the jet lag a bit.

We did our last walk in the State Park this afternoon. I’ve spent the last couple of hours trying to fit everything in the suitcases. I don’t know many people who would buy Pyrex glass dishes and a Swiffer duster with refills when they go on vacation. . Also journals and notebooks; I seem to have a passion for those.

Hope you can get a good night’s sleep tonight Sherry.

Hello yoginis!

Today’s offerings:
~WOL: Lakeside Walk
~MFML: Spine Articulation - this was a nice stretchy core focused Pilates workout. Scaling back while getting the IMS treatments has left me feeling like I need more toning & core work. This was a bit humbling, I had to modify a fair bit.

Margot - Wishing you a safe and uneventful trip home!

Sherry - Glad your back is better & congrats on finishing your sadhana.
