Beth - My favorite practices from AMY4YW are Twists & Hip Openers.

Day 13, my planned fitness and yoga slots did not happen, but I enjoyed two yummy 10 minute meditations on YogaGlo:

~ Cranial Sacral Meditation with Tias Little - very interesting, Tias incorporates a wee bit of movement to put you in touch with balancing the spine as you drop in.

~ Meditation for Balance & Integration with Rod Stryker, Yoga Hunk.

Day 5: Barbara Benagh Yoga for BackCare: Rest and Restore. First I've tried this segment. Her use of props were not quite right for me. I think I need to view it again and see if there are some modifications that might be better for me.

Day 14, a 30 minute Glo practice called Fun Low Back Maintenance with Alex van Frank. It was so different than the usual lying on the back stuff, more movement and pretty effective too.
