So, Henry, what are you reading? I have still been trying to find a Yoga Nidra that I like (not that I dislike; it just hasn't resonated with me the way some people talk about). I have a practice saved in my YouTube "watch later" folder by Dr. Melissa West, as I generally like her; maybe I can do it today! I'm also thinking I might like it better in an actual class setting, and there are a few options for that locally.
This morning I went to a Flow & Restore yoga class that was very nice, although the only "restore" part was a long shavasana at the end (nice, but I like other restorative too!). Also, the schedule said that it was 75 minutes and it was only an hour, so that was a little disappointing.

Pat, how sweet that you could do yoga with your grand-niece!
Pam, that sounds like a nice sequence--did you do it yin-style? I have to be at work a little late tonight; I'm going to try to get in meditation during the day and a quick asana practice tonight.

Sounds wonderful! My own metaphors tend to be very goofy.
