Fat to Firm Fast

I really love "Pick your level - fat to firm fast' and Michelle Dozois is a great instructor. I want more workouts like this but all her other stuff seems to be high impact or HIIT style.

I like the music, how intense the workout is and that there are good modifications to go up or down in intensity.

Are there any other DVDs (by her or anyone else) that are like this? Maybe older ones from CIA?

Not a fan of Jessica Smith or Up to the Beat Fit so looking for a recommendations besides those two

I'm a Fat to Firm fan and I think Chris Freytag's 3-2-1 workout is pretty similar in intensity and length. You might also look at some of Chris's other Prevention workouts.

That's all that comes to mind right now, but if I think of any others, I will add on.

all of Michelle's Peak 10 stuff (2010 and after) was disappointing. i have practically everything prior to that, and i prefer it because it gives you just enough intensity.

i have the fat to firm one too.

i really like her Your Body Breakthru series (3 in this set), her Shape workouts, and 10 MS, and the ones she did for Weight Watchers - she did at least 3 - especially the WW "Next Move" DVD.

Thanks Donna, I have 3-2-1 - it's a good workout but not as intense. I can amp up the moves but the pace itself is just not as fast.

I really like Chris Freytag but she seems to cater to the beginner end of the market (not knocking it, I've been a beginner many times over) and I just want a couple of notches more intensity but not Cathe level.

Yes I am with you on 2010 and after - it's too bad, Michelle is a great instructor! I have Rockin' Body Cardio Jam from Your Body Breakthry and that's the level of intensity I am looking for...are the other ones in the series cardio? I found a sculpt one

Edit: Found the weight watchers workout - thanks!!

I love Fat to Firm Fast! And one of the best things about it there's no repeated circuits or TIFTT; no room for boredom and it makes the workout fly by.

When doing a F2FF rotation I also incorporate:
- Erin O'Brien's Strong Body Fit Body
- Jeanette Jenkins' original Cardio Sculpt and Kickboxing Bootcamp workouts (it uses weights).

I think they're all a little tougher than F2FF but they *feel* similar to me and they're all roughly 45 minutes too.

Thanks Gina! I'll take a look at these, they sound promising! That's what I love about it too, there are combos but not too long, not HIIT style where it's one move over and over and over and zzzzz...

And I can't find the weight watchers ones on amazon - should I search for something besides "dozois weight watchers"?
I edited my post by taking out the "Pre-" but you understood what I was trying to say.

here is an almost complete list on VF of her workouts - sort it by year and you can see the pre-Peak 10 workouts.

YoBoBr has the 2 you mentioned, and the third is a circuit workout, which is really good too.

Here are her WW workouts - of the 3, I've used Next Move the most.
Next Move (5, 20-min workouts):

Start Getting Healthy (1, 30 min workout):

Ready Set Go aka "Fun Simple Moves" (1, 32 min workout):

one other thing - did you know Ellen Barrett also has a workout in the "Pick Your Level" series? I think there were just 2 in that series - Michelle's and Ellen's.
