I copied this from an earlier post :-)
Element Ballet Conditioning With Elise Gulan is a nice lower body barre workout. Here’s the full workout:https://youtu.be/BEKUnoQ0c8s
Cathe Turbo Barre includes some upper body work, but you’ll need bands.
Barre 3 are gentler, shorter workouts. Their Bootcamp workout is the most challenging. They have several workouts (none of their dvd workouts) on YouTube.
Element Barre Conditioning isn’t as difficult as some barre workouts, but I like it. https://youtu.be/7kRtSRf4kpQ
Tendu Toning: Where Ballet Meets Fitness is a challenging, but doable, barre workout. I’m not as enthusiastic about the Unbarred workout. Here’s a clip of the first one: https://youtu.be/Nq-i6-4RA1o
Squeeze Stronger is a good overall workout that includes upper body work. I don’t recommend her warm-up though. Here’s a clip:https://youtu.be/M-3gQMPanEE
I agree with the other posters about The Bar Method. She includes push-ups in her barre workouts. I like all of their workouts. The Dancer’s Body Advanced Workout is the most challenging. It’s not led by Burr Leonard though. Here’s a clip: https://youtu.be/7kRtSRf4kpQ
Susan Bowen’s Bootcamp and Cardio Fat Burn https://youtu.be/eXja4sfXIrw
Pop Physique has some decent workouts if you don’t mind their outfits: https://youtu.be/Ju9toD7Mrf4
Linda Wooldridge has some barre workouts on YouTube.

I have tried almost all barre workouts on the market as well as on demand.
My absolute favorite is Squeeze Stronger. Excellent arm work, esthetically pleasing, beautiful instructor.

I think the Fluidity Bar workouts are good, solid barre workouts

I feel like barre workouts are kind of like pizza...... there are various different kinds and you need to figure out if you like thick or thin crust, etc. I think you're going to get a variety of answers and you will probably just have to experiment and see what clicks for you. Good luck!

Looking over my collection I would say my favorites are Tracey Mallett Booty Barres, Exhale Core Fusions, and Squeezes. HTH!

I like bodybarre by Paige. No dvd's but she has workouts on youtube and think now she is providing a streaming service due to this virus. Studio not opened of course.

Looks like I have some of the exhale core fusions workouts.

Has anyone have any opinions on the Openfit site? With Andrea Rogers
