I did Love Those Legs yesterday (Live #138) and it was a great workout, especially if you like her Ripped With Hiit Legs. This one uses lighter weights than RWH, but she basically alternates 2 weighted leg sections and a HIIT type cardio blast throughout. Pretty tough for a 42 minute workout.
Edited because I see Lori asked for low-impact! The cardio blasts are not low-impact but can be modified. |
