#235 - Leg Day - 2/7/19 - 46 minutes
A solid lower body strength workout that keeps your heart rate up while keeping your leg muscles on fiyah. Note: No repeats!

Equipment:
"A variety of weighted dumbbells (I’ll be using 10, 12, & 15 pound range...if at home you typically use 20 pounds or higher for squats and deadlifts please have that dumbbell weight ready to use)
A high step platform with three risers underneath (however a full sized step with three risers underneath each side works too)
One gliding device

#264 - Legs for Days - 9/8/19 - 61 minutes
That’s right, we’re talking fit and beautiful legs with a unique approach using some of the classic exercises that challenge the legs and glutes from all angles. Let’s Do This!

Equipment:
A full sized 4 inch step platform (no risers, just the 4 inch step platform)
A stability ball
Varied sets of hands weights (10’s, 12’s, 15’s)
A fitness loop
A fitness mat
Thanks to this thread, I did Cathe Live 235 yesterday and loved it for the no repeats and no endless reps. It keeps moving, heart rate gets up, and I feel my buns today.

I did that one today and loved it! I am another fan of norepeats. Based on this thread, I'm planning a few weeks of upper and lower Cathe Live splits, and may throw in yoga/stretching here and there to break it up.

I'd love to know what Cathe Live splits you end up putting together!

Me too! I get lost just looking at her live workouts. I want to do the ones that are most like gym style and not too fast. Anything HiiT like makes me really tired. I should probably ask for suggestions as some of the VFers have done such a great job cataloging them.

Again, due to this thread I did Toasted Trisets: Upper Body tonight. It's a great workout and my arms were pumped!

I did Love Those Legs yesterday (Live #138) and it was a great workout, especially if you like her Ripped With Hiit Legs. This one uses lighter weights than RWH, but she basically alternates 2 weighted leg sections and a HIIT type cardio blast throughout. Pretty tough for a 42 minute workout.

Edited because I see Lori asked for low-impact! The cardio blasts are not low-impact but can be modified.

Endurance workouts with lower weights aside, the leg workouts from the STS mesocycle where she does the tri-sets worked my legs like no other. With the right weights.

I keep wanting to get back to them but I’m a little scared ha ha.
