Vanny, I love Insight Timer for all the free content too...but sometimes I get lost in deciding. That is one thing I have liked about the TPH challenge is that it is decided for me ahead of time!

Sorry to be such a deadbeat for another week when it comes to posting. The insomnia gremlins had a convention in my head all week, so I've been dragging. I mainly did breath work, Mindfulness training, read articles from my old stash of Yoga Journal Magazines (back when it was nice and thick and had lots of good articles in it - and recipes) and some self-guided meditations.

I'm enjoying reading what everyone else is doing.

Me too! That's why I was excited they started the Daily Insight. At least it's a place to start.

I enjoyed revisiting with Rodney today - AM Yoga for Your Week, Standing Poses. I used to make sure to use this DVD once a month, but I've fallen off over the past 2-3 years. Maybe I need to get back to that!

Had a hiatus from the 13th, as on the 14th went to first knee surgeon appointment (have completely torn ACL & a torn meniscus). He told me to STOP what I'd been doing (step, kickboxing, C25k, yoga, ...). I even said "So Pilates, Yoga, & Upper Body only?" He said NO, NOTHING - until go to physio who'll give me a fitness plan/exercise programme.

Long story short - apart from nothing twisty and nothing that bends my knee beyond 30Ί, he totally trusted me to adapt appropriately and do what I had been doing. Physio didn't give me a plan, just those minor restrictions.

So tonight - I'll be picking up with DAY 14.

ETA
Day 14 = 33min, Tim - 30 Day Challenge - Day 04

01/18/2021 - Day 29:

I simply practiced self care to get over a bad anxiety situation the day before. Relaxed, read. Didn't try to force a meditation, just went quietly through the day and to bed early.

Pat, I like the idea of going "quietly through the day." I haven't labeled it that way, but I have been doing a lot of that lately myself.
