I finally felt like I could do a harder workout after the "evacuation," so I finished my last Jari Love DVD of four that I own. Digestion feels back to normal, so I shouldn't worry if I try a run tomorrow am.

Argh, drive by again. I don't know where time goes! This morning before breakfast I did day 14 of the DYY challenge. After breakfast we walked just over 4 miles then I did wk1 day1 of the 10k trainer app. For whatever reason(s), running has felt hard the past month so I just decided to start over even though I very rarely start back farther than wk3. I did enjoy it more. I did PowerFit Cardio after that. I never did a true stretch after the run, but the total run time was only 8 minutes so wasn't too worried. Our PM walks were around a mile each.

You don't have to be fast, just keep moving forward.
Note to self: You don't get to complain about things you won't work to change!

Jessica V 7 Day Challenge complete. I liked all the workouts as they were roughly 20 minutes each and all different from each other. She is a bit chatty.

The neighbor has been trapping my bunnies and relocating them to a park by the river because he says they eat his wife's hostas. I said they are the only thing that I look forward to everyday with all this craziness, but he didn't care. Now one bunny at the most stops by to eat my compost.
