You guys are hilarious. It's not like I don't have other fitness addictions. I only own six bicycles and am a member of two gyms. So what did I get? Let's see, a couple of Meghan White videos and Lauren's first kettleball video along with a kettleball video from this crazy Russian named Pavel. He seems pretty hilarious himself.
BTW, I'm beginning to see that I'm one of the rare guys on this forum. Thanks for making me feel so welcome. |

One gym is right around the corner from where I live and is open 24 hours a day, and, while pretty basic, I use it a lot. The other is a very affordable option at my workplace, which is a university. The university gym has it all--sauna, hot tub, indoor track, swimming pool, cardio and weight machines, fitness classes.

Jett, We have a few men but more can only be better lol. I have Lauren's dvd and Pavel's book. I have AOS Enter The Kettlebell Workbook based on Pavel's book. Art Of Strength makes great kettlebell dvds by the way Have you tried The Pit workouts yet? They are the bomb, I at least think so. My son turned me onto them because he's really into MMA and John trains MMA fighters.
