the "new" collage - what's their customer svc like?
i have yet to order from them since the new owner took over.
i noticed that they have good prices, good sales, and you get free shipping if you buy 2 DVDs.

I don't know about their customer service, but I can't get their video clips to work.

I had placed an order on the 1st. Ordered some of the New Year's Specials. Got shipping confirmation the next day, with tracking (USPS). The expected delivery date for me is the 3rd (I'm in the same state as where they're shipping from).

Excellent Customer Service!
I'm very pleased! I placed an order last Thursday and received a confirmation immediately. I received my order today (Monday) via USPS. It shipped from NJ and I live in MA.
And as Bzar pointed out shipping is free for 2 or more DVDs.

Very good. I had a problem (my incompetent post office branch claimed my package was delivered but it was not) and Collage responded immediately to my email, offering to contact the PO while I did the same. Package showed up two days later. Collage let me know that on future deliveries I could request "signature required" so I could avoid the PO delivery hassle.
