30 Day Glute Challlenge is crazy!

ok I thought doing 120 squats was insane but I see now it keeps going up When you do them, do you take breaks or go straight through the reps? So far I just do them all at once but that might be get harderas the reps climb, much like my glutes!

Is this Bret Contreras? If so, I've been thinking about doing it. That's as far as I got. What day are you on and do you find it dreadful?

I'm on Day 9, it not dreadful yet but I can see where it might get there.I do it after work so its not a part of my daily morning workout.

I was just thinking about combining this with the 10 000 swing a month challenge. That would be a true "glut-lifter maximus" Any thoughts on that?
