Woodie, wanted to thank you for starting this thread. I was looking for a fun, not-too-killer workout yesterday and I thought about this thread and said to myself, hey, how about Gin's Step Reebok? It's classified as beginner/intermediate, so I did it on an 8" step and my heart rate DEFINITELY got up there. Amazing how vidiot muscle memory comes back - the music and choreography just clicked, even though I haven't done this workout for over six years (the last time I had a VHS hooked up).
BTW, I got the DVD at Gin's sale last year too! It's been sitting in shrinkwrap until yesterday.
