Just finished arm and bun burner because we couldn't get our garbage cans down the driveway and onto the tree lawn.

I did Shovel Max three times today. The first two weren't so bad, but the third time was miserable. I finally gave up and did a P57 video b/c I needed to have to some fun.

Shovel Max for me again today. I cleaned the street in front of my house. No snow plow for us. We don't really have an alderman so no city services for us. I spent 2 hours in front and then 2 hours shoveling the alley. The temp is dropping and then it will snow again on Saturday. I don't even know where to pile the snow anymore. I might be depressed, but I'm too exhausted.

I did a couple rounds of Shovel Max Tuesday and Wednesday, while my kids did "Shovel Max and the Kids". Later this week we'll be doing the follow-up rotation "Fort Max". It's much more strength- and agility- focused.

No more, please, no more. DH has a herniated disc in his back for which he has yet to attend his doctor-recommended PT, so he's not picking up a shovel. Means that all the remaining snow and ice removal for the winter is on ME.
 National Weather Service has backed off its forecast earlier this week predicting another storm hitting the Northeast at the end of the weekend. My shoulders and back are smiling at this news.
