The Zombie Apocalypse Survival Workout and Animal Workout

In my search for reviews, I came across this article on Shine. Among their favorite workouts are The Zombie Apocalypse Survival Workout, Animal Workout and Prancercise

Who wants to test one of these? They are only $30 each!

Can this program REALLY help me survive a zombie apocalypse?

You can bet your life that it will!

We take your survival very seriously. The more capable, zombie-ready people we have in this world when the time comes , the better the chances of us all returning to a sense of normalcy.

Is The Zombie Workout for men, women…or both?

This workout is for anyone who has a zest for life and wants to make sure that theirs doesn’t come to an untimely end when they could have prevented it. Besides, we need both sexes to repopulate the planet afterward.

I can't stop laughing!!!!

Tony mentions Prancersizing in P90X3's CVX workout. Cracks me up every time I hear it.

I can only speak about ZASW. This is a paper workout created by John Romaniello. He is a big fan of that zombie tv show (I don't watch it can't remember the name) He created the program and alluded to what the CDC has stated regarding a Zombie Apocalypse,.

The program alternates weight work with running because you'll need both to survive. The training schedule is 5 days per week. 3 strength workouts (weight & bodyweight moves), 2 cardio sessions and 2 off days. If you're out of shape then you can begin with the bodyweight only program.

Swigg posted a little of the workout on her page.

I find the omission of Donna Richardson's Old School Dance Party (featuring the Sugar Hill Gang, performing live) to be glaring.

Apparently Horsemom2 posted it online. Still never ever getting rid of my copy.

Thanks for the information, Stephanie!
I thought it would be a paper workout, probably a download, right? I just find the whole zombie apocalypse topic so hilarious! Of course, I wasn't aware of the site that uses the same topic for general preparedness for a disaster.
The page was worth a read just for the laugh I got! I'm sure that was an excellent ab workout in itself.
