Not sure what my decision will be, I am not counting on these til Christmas time. So a long time to think about it.

I do like ICE but haven't been doing Cathe at all lately.

I would love for her to put some of her LIVE ones on DVD. They are just so much more fun and not scripted or perfect. I used to subscribe but found I wasn't using it much because they are longer workouts than my mornings allow. But those are the ones I would reach for.

I agree. Her low impact isn’t really low impact in my opinion and I don’t want to swing weights around. If she does an old school weight training workout at a slower rep pace, I might preorder. Nothing against Cathe, but I sadly am no longer her target demographic.

I KNOW there's some of you out there that are with me.....a step/dancy workout. Just one DVD....for old time sake! I know she rarely does them in her live classes anymore. But, gosh, I'd so love to have something new from her.

Is it time to ask for a new Pyramid workout? Is there such thing as a Tabata Pyramid method?

Besides that, I'm happy, as always, with my Cathe workouts.

I think Slow & Heavy 2 would be good too, and I'd like an STS 2 but in the 30-40 min. range and with less equipment used, than the original.

For ICE 2, I'd love she includes:

- a muscle meltdown for the lower body, I found it odd there wasn't any in the ICE set,
- a steady state cardio step would be great,
- I'd love a cardio on the rebounder (trampoline), maybe a "Kick, Box & Bounce"
- a mobility workout,
- an athletic stretch workout with some foam roll included, I love Stretch Max (spec. the ball and band segments),
- a printed book as XTrain, I'm not a big fan of buying an expensive set and only getting a download pdf.

I am so excited for this! I have been trying to keep up with Cathe for years and ICE is the first set I've been able to do consistently...I'm actually addicted! Personally I think the set is near perfect with all the options and about the only thing I would add is maybe a third Core workout and Lower Body Meltdowns. Otherwise more of the same would suit me just fine. Oh, some good music would be nice too!
