The Balanced Life by Robin Long is streaming Pilates and has a monthly rotation calendar. You can check out some of her stuff for free on Youtube. I just joined for a month and she's very positive, so you might like her!

Suzanne Bowen Fitness (SBF). You can start any of her current and past Challenges anytime since she lists all of them within her membership site. At $129.99/yr, hers is one of the lowest streaming sites around.

Pahla Bowers does weekly "mini" challenges - she posts a 5 day a week plan on her Blog each week which links to her You Tube workouts:

oh, almost forgot - Yoga w/ Adriene posts a monthly calendar

http://yogawithadriene.com/calendar/

She has a playlist on her You tube channel with the practices for the month in order.

And, Cassey Ho - Blogilates also posts a monthly calendar that links to her You Tube Workouts.

I just recently switched from Pilatesology to The Balanced Life, and I love it! Her monthly calendar is so doable for me. It is only 5 days per week, and has short 10 minute workouts, and longer workouts. It gives me the flexibility to add in Yoga, cardio and my CS workouts.

I think that’s why I keep coming back to The Sisterhood. I like Robin’s style of instruction, the HD video quality, and the structure of her workout schedule is easy to follow. 5 days a week with shorter workouts every other day is definitely doable and helps with consistency.
