+1 to increased cardio capacity, and I modify almost all the impact and only use one set of risers for step. I usually really dread higher intensity cardio (Cathe's last few sets, for example) but not Yvette's -- and it's on the beat!

Ditto!!! My cardio capacity took a nose dive during my STS rotation....it's amazing how much it has improved with Yvette's workouts!!!
Another fun one today - Cardio Kickboxing/Bootcamp! 496 calories bit the dust!! Gotta love it!

Anyone figure out a good rotation? Love her workouts but have trouble figuring out balanced rotations due to her splits. I find often body parts overlap on different videos . Anyone get a rotation equally working all body parts?

I just did this one today and it was awesome! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ACf5V684vuQ&t=2270s 44 minutes of pure cardio and no equipment. The length was perfect, the moves were fun and easy to modify when needed. She does a lot of jack moves but when needed I could easily use my rebounder. The 10 sec rests made it really easy to do that. Highly recommend!

Me too! Loved it!

It seems like the amount of new workouts are slowing down unfortunately, I sure hope she continues providing new workouts. Her workouts have really increased my cardio capacity!

I so agree with this!!!! I have added more HiiT workouts with strength this winter to my exercise program and I have gained more strength in my legs and my cardio capacity has really improved. I think I may have slimmed down my legs too as my summer capris feel looser in the legs.

Oh, wow. I am a sweaty mess. She had some new moves, I liked the hopping over the fence jumps. So glad you posted and the OP!

It seems like new workouts from Yvette have really dwindled. Does anyone know what's up? I sure hope she isn't stopping...
