Hello! I am sitting here wondering is this from Muscle Max? If so, that's why it sits on the shelf. Susan

LOL--yes, you probably are. But I also have a history of seeing things in different ways and then sharing them with people. What's funny is that I knew that part looked awkward in print, but that's how I would've spoken had I been speaking.

Oh, and no Susan it wasn't Muscle Max, it was Power Hour. I normally don't like lunges, but the Power Hour ones REALLY got me thinking I'd like to swear at Cathe, and how sad that was because she's so cute and I admire her so!

(I'm making myself out to be more goody-goody than I probably was--I think I've blocked out the memory of those lunges already, kinda like not remembering that childbirth hurts as much as it does)

Okay, I'm getting a bit loopy like twodiffsocks!

I actually used to hate lunges more than I do right now. Doing static lunges helped, and so did doing them on a step / incline. As my balance improved, and my hamstring and hip flexor flexibility, I came to like them a lot more. But I still usually do static ones instead of at least some of the moving ones, for balance's sake.

I hate them totally and completely. My legs shake at Cathe's low end stuff so much that if I had false teeth I'm afraid they'd shake out of my head.

I think I'd rather do pushups than lunges...one for one!
