Favorite Cathe Workouts

If you were only allowed to keep three of your Cathe workouts, which three would you choose? No, sets don't count, individual workouts (I've been at VF long enough to see that coming ). Since Cathe's having a spring sale, I was thinking about grabbing a new workout or two

How about workouts you can only get in sets, like 4DS? If not, then I would have to say the following:
  • Terminator
  • Pyramids (compilation )
  • Crossfire

It's difficult to stop at 3 but the three that come to mind are:

ICE Metabolic Total Body
ICE Boot Camp Circuit
Athletic Training

Those are probably way too similar but it's what I love.

I was actually thinking about getting some of her older workouts that I don't have (Slow and Heavy, Power Hour, etc. and Step, Jump, and Pump), so I'm interested in what others say.

I have exactly 3 Cathe workouts. I'm looking to buy one of her stretching dvds in the totalfit sale so that may be a keeper once I do it. Power Hour, Basic Step, and Pure Strength.

#1. Pure Strength.

I love the music and everything about this dvd. It's short, to the point. Good music--rock, pop & funky. Old time feeling for me. I've been eyeing Slow & Heavy and Gym styles.

I love Pure Strength! I was going back and forth between Pure Strength and the Pyramids, but thought if it HAD to only be 3, then Pyramids was more versatile with the premixes.

OMG! Hard to choose.

If I have to keep just 3...

STS Total Body
STS Squat Rack
CTX Leaner Legs

Love all! STS TB works Upper/Lower at the same intensity. Squat Rack attack the legs heavy. I switch Front Squats for Hip Thrusts for maximum butt attack. I like the tempo of Leaner Legs. Switching between the front and back of the legs non stop. I run this one twice to make an hour.
