I have it...and the abs workout you can add on at checkout. I have not tried them yet, but will at least try to preview and report back later tonight!

Soo...I only had time to preview the 1st disk. I did fast forward over a lot so please keep that in mind.

There were no real warm-up or cool downs. Not an issue for me since I would use these as add-ons to cardio due to the length.

I like Hannah's personality and love her accent!

TOTAL BODY BURNER (15-20 min) -
short and repetitive. Tabata Style (2-1 work/rest ratio) I didn't feel it was a true total body workout since weights were only used for shoulder moves.

-Sprawl Frog Kick (30 sec?)
-Lateral Raise to Front Raise (30 sec?)
Repeat 4x
(rest)
-Sprinter Burpee (30 sec?)
-Arnold Press (30 sec?)
Repeat 4x
(rest)

Repeat entire cycle again

NON STOP SWEAT SESH (20 min)
45 sec on; 15 sec off
10 exercises in cycle
Repeat cycle 2x

-Mountain climbers
-Thrusters (Squat press)
-Toe Touches (Lying on back w/ feet up--reach for toes)
-Bicep curl to overhead press
-Eiffel Tower (V-sit-type ab move)
-Progressive mountain climbers (increase speed every 15 sec)
-Crushers (squat with bicep curl to overhead tricep extension)
-Spider Monkey (plyo mountain climbers?)
-Bent over row
-Traveling Thigh Killa (jump squats forward & back)

TRIPLE TOURCHER (ugh! forget to check the length!)
Threshold training
Have 2 sets of weights (try to use heavier as long as possible but have lighter set ready)
60 sec work, 0 sec rest
6 Combos in cycle
Each combo = 2 exercises-10 reps each. repeat twice
Repeat cycles 3x through

-Bicep curl to a high pull
-Goblet squat & kneeling up/downs (I think these are also called surrenders?)
-Bear crawl shoulder taps (On hands & knees--hovering shins off ground. Alternate tapping opposite shoulder) & donkey kicks
-Frog kicks (holding plank--jump knees in to touch elbows! ) & jump squats
-Pushups & mountain climbers
-V-situps & knees to chest (for abs)

Sorry if my descriptions do not make sense!

I do like the looks of the workouts aside from the Total Body. It seemed too repetitive to me. There is a modifier for all of the moves. I will post back after I view the 2nd disk.

I hope this helps a little!

I subscribe to her bodybuilder program. It's very doable, the whole program is done with modifiers, low impact/beginner, and moderate/intermediate (it's her husband who is doing this Level on the program) and she does the advance, you do the one for your fitness level. It's a 4 week program, each workout is about 25 to 30 minutes. She does a great warm up and also a cool down. A meal plan is also included. Limited equipment, here's what you're need to do this program
A couple of dumbbells (ideally, two pairs: one light, one heavier)
A couple of kettlebells (ideally two light to medium ones, and one heavy one)
A jump rope
2-3 minibands
A mat
A medicine ball
I like it a lot. There's also another program they just added which I also like (click the bold letters to see a clip) The Total-Body Dumbbell Fix Bodybuilding rates this program as beginner, but I don't think so LOL. Everything else on the site is okay, and limited workouts, available but subscription is easy to cancel, which I plan to do once I finish these 2 programs unless they add something else cool. I spoke to CS and they told me they will be add more programs, that this is a new service for them
