I did this one last week for the first time. I LOVED it! In fact, I prefer this one to High Step Challenge.

I don't know how I missed this one! I love step, step ups and seat/stand!!! This one is different than other full body workouts that I own from Cathe due to the high LB emphasis. The upper body section is good too.

I don’t own HSC I needed to pick one or the other because the circuit breakdown is too similar.

My 3 Month rotation is changing every 3 weeks, so I will do this one 2 more times before moving on. I definitely will go back to HST in a future.

Everything I own seems to be falling into that category.
Love it I have a bunch on vintage stuff and added more recently. I now own Power Hour, Maximum Intensity Strength and Body Max2. Will report in a future

I think this one is from 2004 which would probably qualify as older, though 2004 doesn't seem that long ago to me.

I have High Step Circuit from that same year which I really like, but it's more intermediate.

Today I did Cathe's Legs & Glutes, only the first 30 minutes. I don't know why I don't do this one more, for me it has no dread factor at all, of course I don't do the whole thing either. Some think this one is too easy but I really like it. It hits everything but using moderate weights, which is right up my alley.

I followed it up with the Upper Body Sculpt premix from Low Impact Circuit (2006), I really liked this too and will probably pair these two together again in the future.

Haha 2004 doesn't seem that long ago to me either. Legs & Glutes is good IMHO. The music is good and is fun!!! The are some extreme pre-mixes to move on if the workout gets easy

Well, this week I also did LIC (main workout). In the past I used the cardio pre-mix often. I love, love, love this workout. The music is great, everything is on beat and flows well. I like all the workouts in this series very much. I'll be using my step for a while.

Today was a true dust bunny for me--the video case was literally dusty! FIRM Not So Tough Aerobic Mix. Pretty good except for showcasing the goofiest FIRM warmup and cooldown available. 90% 4 limbed aerobics and a bit heavy on biceps work, but fun and the right length.

Yesterday, I did the "Arm Toner" segment from Tony Horton's Power Half Hour (2004). It covers the job well in 30 minutes. Tony is his usual annoying/charming self! (Annoying or charming depending on your opinion.)

This is the set with the outtakes where Tony farts and the background exercisers fall on the floor.

Last night I did Margaret Richard "Home Improvement". It's from 1998, lots of really big hair and shiny spandex. The workout is Margaret's usual format of high rep weight training. She did not use any weights for the lower body and the upper body was only bicep and triceps work. It was a nice change of pace and fun to see the old outfits. I was looking at the participants and thinking how I had similar workout clothes like suspender leotards and unitards.

I think this one is from 2003 - 15 years old! The busy-ness of the set almost put me off, but I'm so glad I did it. It's a great workout.

Brand new Butt and more from 2001. Still tough to me and a great one-two punch when you do both floor and standing.
(Had to add another stretch..whew!)
