Tony Horton's 10 Minute Trainer

I got an email from Beach Body and they were advertising Tony Horton's 10 Minute Trainer. Does anyone know anything about this series? I've never heard about it before and don't recall reading anything about it on VF. Is it new?

If you've got it, what do you think of it?

Hi Anne,

I ordered the entire set, and have previewed the first two discs. It has been a week or so since I previewed the workouts, so I wont go into much detail but here goes. There is several 10 min workouts of course, a full-body routine, an ab routine, lower body and cardio. I believe these are designed to be stacked or used seperately. I bought these because I think they would be good for travel purposes. The moves are all doable, maybe a little on the advanced side. I really noticed this with the ab workout. You can use tubing or dumbells I believe, for the full body and upper body routines, the set came with tubing. I know I did not give much detail, but I hope this helps. I think it is a nice set for someone short on workout time.

Here's another thread that discusses these workouts and how expensive they are:
