Unhappy I dropped a 10# dumbbell on my Fanny Lifter today!

I was doing Firm Body Sculpt and went to put one of the dumbbells on my shoulder when it slipped right out of my hands. Amazingly, the FL was hardly damaged at all--nothing but a tiny line on the top where the dumbbell hit. Thank goodness it was the FL and not my foot!

That's what I was thinking! Being a huge klutz, I'm always worried that I'll drop something on my foot.

Glad you're ok!

I'm assuming FL is a fanny lifter or some other gadget. Good! When I clicked on this I was wracking my brain wondering what part of your body you'd hurt that was abbreviated FL!

Thank God it was your FL and not your foot...all I could picture was a squashed, broken foot for you!

I was thinking that you'd dropped it on your Florida--I kept wondering if that was a euphemism for something.

I was hoping you didn't forget an "I"

As in Father in Law.

That would be bad. Very bad.

I am a klutz as well, last week I dropped my swiffer mop and the handle hit my big toe. My toenail is purple this week. And that is light! Imagine what would have happened if you would have dropped that 10lb weight on your toe ! Thank goodness you didnt! I am sure the FL can take it!

Well, yesterday I did maximum cardio burn and sculpting stick just fall apart. I think one of the connecting thing got rotten or something. It is good that I have body bar. It was pretty scary. I wonder if they would replace that or not?

I don't know--it would depend on toaster's FIL, now, wouldn't it ?

Beth, Thank goodness you didn't drop that weight on your foot. You would have broken some bones for sure. I hate pain, but my DH says I keep finding new ways to be in torture. LOL At the moment I have a broken 4th toe from running into a door. I am still able to do kickboxing due to taking acupuncture treatments every week. This seems to take away the pain some while the bone heals.
Glad to hear you are okay.
