I like to do a rotation similar to what Gibbee does.

Cardio, Upper Body, Cardio, Lower Body, Cardio, Total Body

Another rotation I like to do is Cardio, Total Body, Cardio, Circuit and then repeat.

Sometimes, I alternate between Cardio and Circuit workouts.

As long as I get all the muscle groups in and good amount of cardio, that's all I care about. I do whatever workout I feel. Sometimes I do total body weights and alternate cardio, or I do lower body & cardio and next day upper body & cardio. I also do pilates and circuit workouts. I never follow an instructors rotation for a month or so. I would get bored and quit working out. I like the variety of different instructors. It keeps me from hitting plateaus.
