ICE Chiseled Upper Body, Icy Core 2 and 1.4 miles walking

Did CUB with heavier weights (one up from Cathe's weight) and it really upped the intensity.

FINALLY opened a couple of my many Tracy Anderson workouts - did 4 of the 10-minute dance cardio sections from her latest, plus the 20-minute abs section of her new boot camp DVD. Ok, not the greatest cuer there is, but her dance workouts were fun and the intensity snuck up on me! She has a nice demeanor as an instructor.
