I've only done Chest & Back, Tabata, Shoulders & Arms, and Legs. I don't have a favorite yet, but I'd pick Legs for instant soreness and the worst glute DOMS ever! I kinda like it, it takes a lot to get my lower body this sore.

Yes, he does skip a set of uppercuts/deadlifts. This morning was my second Chest & Back workout and I noticed this after I'd already started the next set of exercises, and I was too lazy to stop and do the third set.
