Favorite cardio: Tabata Inferno
Favorite core/ total body: Ultimate Ball Favorite sculpting: I can't pick. I like all of them, and I feel like they complement each other. I'm in week 8 of my modified S90 rotation, and I am still really enjoying the workouts . |

To be honest, I like all of the workouts for the difference that they each one brings to the program. But the best part of this program is the TIME. Short, intense, workouts done in circuits that keeps your heart rate up while burning fat and leaning out your muscles. Tabata Inferno still slays me. This short intense workout is one of the best workouts on the market, period. The next Tabata style workout that I like is on Lauren Brooks Volume 2 kb workout, which is called the smoker and she smokes you good.

Tabata Inferno is my favorite. I hated Ultimate Ball the first time I did it, but now it's one of my faves. Regarding the strength ones...I like that they're short, but don't like that they all seem rushed. I'm frazzled when I'm doing them, but feel really worked-out when I'm done!!
I agree that this was a great purchase. Can't beat the price for the number of workouts you get.

Tough to decide!!
I do really like Tabata Inferno...and Cardio Challenge has grown on me. I like all of the Strength workouts, but reach for Legs a lot. Shoulders and arms is also one i reach for a lot.

I'm in Wk 3 and I agree with many..they grow on you. I think Tabata is excellent and Cardio Challenge is fun. There is a significant emphasis on the Core in the whole set and I feel very strong from all of these. I'm still amazed at the quality for $20!

Keep talking, you guys! I've subscribed to this thread to help motivate me to finally get to this set.
I bought the set in January but was doing a different rotation, then I found out I'd need minor surgery. Everything went fine, and I've been doing barre while recovering, but I need/want to get back to my weights ... maybe the week after next? Are Cardio Challenge and Tabata Inferno very high-impact? Modifiable?

Laura - I have knee tendonitis. So for some of the high impact moves (i.e. high knee run, squat/jump), I do them on the rebounder. As for the burpee, I does Chalean version, which is a little easier. Finally, for the split jump, I do fast pace backward lunge.
