This is a great idea.

I do a lot of shorter workouts these days, and I notice I actually have the mind-energy to do more and to work out for a longer time overall when I mix up several different sessions of workouts, even if they are hitting pretty much the same areas. And I have more "results" also.

I can definitely psych myself up to do these for 15 minutes.

Someone asked about the level, I can't speak for the dvd, but the class is intermediate to advanced, but could easily be modified to beginner by taking more frequent breaks. We have a certification course here in September and I'm hoping to go
