Hi!

Yesterday was a short walk with the girls. I intended to get up and workout this morning, but I didn't sleep well, so I didn't. I plan to get one in this afternoon.

Lori - Yes - I like Cathe Live a lot. She does a great job with these. I'll be glad when people can participate again, she's encouraging.

Today was barre, walk and yoga.

Today was swimming laps. I have a feeling tomorrow may be a rest day- lol. Maybe a stretch day.

Hi!

I got in a formal workout! Hallelujah! LOL! I did Lite PHA2. I really wanted to quit before the final round, but I just reduced the weights a little and kept going. Then I took the girls for a walk. Where I walk them is a long, incline hill. I get credit for several stairs and cardio points on Fitbit even if I walk slowly due to the incline.

Today will be some type of cardio and then a walk.

Hi All-

Today was Cathe Live- Low Impact Cardio Compound Upper Body (2/25/21). I have noticed that Cathe often tries out DVD ideas on the Live workouts. She’s been doing lots of core centric workouts lately, so that would be my guess for a future series. It’s fun to speculate, anyway.

Hi!

Yesterday was several hours of yardwork. Fitbit counted it as exercise, so I am too.

I am thinking of doing some of the Maggie Binkley workouts on Amazon Prime for a while with dog walking to see if I can get myself back in the groove. Surely to goodness I can coerce myself into 15-20 minutes plus a walk! She also has a variety from which to choose!
