Hi All-
Today was Cathe Live- Low Impact Cardio Compound Upper Body (2/25/21). I have noticed that Cathe often tries out DVD ideas on the Live workouts. She’s been doing lots of core centric workouts lately, so that would be my guess for a future series. It’s fun to speculate, anyway.
