Gibbee's KCM recommendation just made me think of Kelly's Upper Body Supersets from her Build & Burn Set. It is a pretty thorough UB WO and fits a lot into just 26 mins. With the proper weights, your UB will be feeling it by the end of the routine.

Also, the UB WO from Jessica's Smith Walk Strong 3, if you have it, or were interested in getting it. It's just a smidge over 30 mins and is pretty comprehensive.

Ditto! I also love Cathe’s Ramped Up Upper Body, but it’s about 46 minutes.

Also, Jessica Smith’s UB band workout on her 6-Mile Mix DVD.

I had Cory’s GHAS burned to DVD, but have only done it once since then.

Indeed! It makes me smile to see the gloriously cheesy sets and costumes, and Cory's cheerful yet effective instruction. BTW, speaking of which, I'd add the Firm's Upper Body mix - it's just about 30 minutes.
