I think it would be hard to pick because I love them all! Unlike everyone else, I don't think I would pick Metabolic Total Body as I feel it overdoes the shoulder work a bit and it took awhile to grow on me.
I think I like the low impact sweat or chiseled lower body.
For LIS, there are so many options. You can do workout 1 or workout 2 or workout 1 and 2 or workout 1 or 2 with BB or both workouts and BB, lots of ways to roll with that one.
I just think Chiseled Lower Body is fun and also metabolic and fantastic.
I look forward to the kickboxing one as well.
I really don't think you could go wrong...I love the whole set, but those are my favorites.
I think it depends on what you are looking for.
