Quick 20 min upper body workout

I need something quick that hits all upper body within 20 mins and using relative low weight.... 3-5-8 lbs.. also not weird twisting or awkward positions... just straight non sense upper body work.

Do I have a winner? Thanks.

Joyce Vedral Speedy non-stop. I reviewed this years ago and I'm sure you can find it in the review section.THe newer one - not the original. It's a 30 min workout - 15 min - upper and 15 min. lower. Pyramid in a circuit - use as heavy or as light as you want.
In this workout you do the first two upper body circuits but she inserts a quick ab circuit inbetween 2nd and third circuit - then you do your last circuit -

What I love about this workout is that it really hits the upper body but she really pays attention to triceps.

The back exercises are done in the lower body section.

Also, Joyce Fat burning workout and Definition workout - These are also done as upper and lower body splits. I prefer these workouts from the original books. I also think she has some newer workouts - I think there is a more recent workout with supersets. Joyce Vedral is my go to instructor when I need a quick serious weight workout.

Joyce uses just traditional gym style exercises.

Caveat - Some people complain that her form is not stellar. Her form and lifting speed is fine in speedy non-stop and also in Bottoms Up Gold.

Fat burning and definition move quickly, but they are endurance workouts.

Firm Super Body Sculpt has a 15 minute or so upper body segment that is very good.

Kathy Smith TimeSaver workouts are 20 minute upper and lower body workouts.

I was going to suggest Kathy Smith LW2LW. Or a Margaret Richard episode. Powerfit?

--Squeeze Stronger Upper Body Premix, first 20min (that's the part she does with weights)
--Self Bikini Ready Fast, first 20min
--P57 Arms & Abs, first 15min
--Cathe's Upper Body add-on on Body Fusion (also uses a band)
--Yoga Booty Ballet Sculpt, first 20min
--Kathy Smith's Lift Weight to Lose Weight 1 and 2 also have an option with lower weights (the people lifting heavier taking more pauses)
--Trudie Styler Pure Sculpt (I don't have this yet, but judging my the reviews, it may fit the bill)
Also, if you're interested in body weight only but without endless pushups, MTV Pilates Mix has an upper body focuses workout that I think is quite good.

What about just the arm section from Booty Barre or the arm bonus from Cardio Barre Ult Adv? I also think Tonique's 2.2 arm section is great (the last 10 minutes).
