I'd love to know what you like about the workouts. You haven't told me anything. What makes them more creative? Is the pace brisk? How's the music?

The music would have been pretty good if louder.
The moves were fun and he used imagery.
For example, I vaguely remember acting like I was in a haunted house and trying not to step on spiders or tiptoeing not to wake the baby.

I did note that 17 minutes into Inside Track during the second mile you use a towel like a band. He also tried to make you laugh out loud several times.

who was totally burnt out on Leslie so found John refreshing

ETA: the pace is very do-able but can be tweaked to be more intense if desired
(very rebounder friendly, not using much space but have yet to revisit with Fitstix which I will do anyday now)

I just did a mile of Inside Track/Metabolic Stimulator then some of Fatblaster.
IMHO Fatblaster is much better. It's more creative and the music is louder.
Even the warmup was pretty good.
I can see how most VFers if they only tried Inside Track would not be impressed but it was obviously Fatblaster that had impressed me
