Cathe Live Rotations
I am thinking of getting Cathe Live for a month to try out. I'm someone who needs to follow rotations. Does anyone have any for Cathe Live. I'm looking for mainly strength type rotations with some cardio/hiit. My eventual plan, if I like Cathe Live is to combine Live and KCM Raw to create rotations. TIA.
