Question Anyone finish the 1st BodyRock 30 Day Challenge?

I hear there is a 2nd one starting Jan 15th.

I don't have a sandbag or Equalizer bars. How necessary are these for most workouts??

I did it. Loved it!!!

I used a pull up bar, step, kettlebells, weights and barbells. She does bodyweight rows using the equalizer but you could sub dumbbell rows....

I did Lisa-Marie's BodyRock 30 Day Real Time Challenge. Is this the one you're referring to? I loved it!!!! I'm currently doing the latest BR challenge that started January 15.

You can substitute two chairs placed back to back for the equalizer bars for exercises like hanging knee raises and dips. You can put a broomstick across the chair bottoms to do pullups. As for the sandbag, it's mostly used for adding weight to other exercises, so you can always substitute by holding dumbbells. For things like sandbag swings, you could just use a duffle bag stuffed with something weighted. All that to say, I don't think the equipment is necessary...you can always substitute.

I have been using an adult walker to do my dips and knee raises and also pullups. Works good! And I got it for about $12 on Amazon. LOL!
