I changed the long cycles today a little. Instead of the 4 round of 4 Tabats I did either 1 min or 2 min segments. The first two 4 min I changed hand every minute, the third and fourth 4 min a changed hand at the 2 min mark. 1 min break in between. It is more taxing, but I love long cycles.
