This. I wish I could do her stuff, but I'm way too creaky (my knees are screaming just thinking about doing it).

PoundFit probably caught on better than this having a better marketing plan and Fitstix has already ended its enterprise. There were some nice stick type routines on youtube that got removed probably because of the PoundFit trademark.
