I need something like "Get Bent"

I adore "Get Bent"

I just got a copy of "Bendy Body" but I would looooove more DVD like this

Lastics was too easy

Is Advanced Lastics worth a shot?

has anyone tried the Valentino Brothers' set?

PennyK - have you used them again? any preference between Get Bent and Bendy Body? Lastics is not easy for me, but I'd like some variety.

I just discovered Lee Holden qi gong 7 minutes of magic and LOVE! You can checkout info on Exercise to Heal. I also like Tamilee Webb Total Stretch for Beginners.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help. I'm always on a quest for doable stretches.
thanks!

I have Advanced Lastics and don't care for it much. I am pretty flexible but with basic stretches. The stretches in this video are indeed more advanced and hard (for me). I do like the way the video is organized/chaptered by body part though.

I've been looking at the video clips for Get Bent and this one seems more my style.

I'm going to put Advanced Lastics on the exchange list so let me know if you would like to trade (even a temp trade) for Get Bent
