Kathy Smith Step Workout Question

Does Kathy Smith have a step workout that uses the same set and outfits as her Secrets to a Great Upper Body and Secrets to a Great Lower Body? I get her emails and she has sort of a montage of her workout clips in it, and I swore I saw her on a step with the outfit from the Secrets. Someone correct me if I'm wrong though.

If my memory serves, her Great Buns & Thighs Step Workout came out at the same time as the two Secrets workouts. I don't know if the set was the same one though.

secrets appears to have been filmed in an old-fashioned dance studio, similar to some of the workouts that Ellen Barrett filmed her earlier "studio" workouts.

in GB&T they're crammed into the back of a room with french doors as the back drop, IIRC.

clips:

secrets - black top, ash shorts

GB&T blue top and shorts

her step workout is filmed in the same location as her GB&T. wearing a purple leotard over light grey shorts.

in all of the workouts of this era, she had that page boy cut.

fat burning breakthrough is an interval step workout & is filmed outdoors.

her power step workout, IIRC, was filmed somewhere other than the above. i can't find any clips of the power step workout.

Jeannine you are our resident KS pro! By the way, you had spoken highly of Peel Off the Pounds Pilates and I was able to trade for it - you were correct, and I love it!

All I remember is that I bought the Secrets Upper Body and GB & T vhs tapes at the same time and used them together as a total body workout for quite a while. I didn't get the Secrets Lower Body workout until I purchased the dvd.

Maybe they had the same copyright year, but were not filmed on the same set.

As far as answering the OP, that's all I know.

LOL! i felt like such a dork when i was replying to the post (not directed at bubbles - she's not a dork! i am, though). "dork" meanng so attuned to such minutiae.

watching those clips, i couldn't help but notice how many times Michael Carson appeared as a cast member. pitter patter goes my heart.

Pat, you have been on my mind ever since you said you lost stubborn weight using the KS audios. i added 5 of the walks to my MP3 player, and wow, my buns were sore the next day! glad you liked PotPP.

That might be her Power Step workout which was out of production for a while and has recently been released on DVD.

I'm glad they're working out for you! They really do give you a nudge - I'd never move like that on my own mosying down the lane time. I'm even noticing my stubborn lower ab bulge starting to give up the fight - just a little.

Thanks for the replies everyone! It must have been my imagination haha! I just recently got Power Step from a kind VFer, and it's definitely not the same set as the Secrets. Oh well.
