the CKM 30 min workouts

I need to pull back out VI. I started it, but got sidetracked. I'm back to wanting to lift heavy again, although TA is pulling me as well....

CLX is definitely unique but yes, I've OD'd on Chalene. Right now the only workout of hers I can do is Turbo Jam.

I'd say Powerfit or Powerfit Harmony but it is more beginner and not designed to increase your weights or keep track of weights/reps like CLX is.

NoraKate,

Kelly does have worksheets:

http://www.coffeyfit.com/catalog/files/KCM-rotation.pdf

Scroll all the way down to the last page, and she has worksheets for her workouts there.

You're welcome! I had to go through forum posts on Kelly's site to figure out where the heck they were

I was also going to suggest KCM. I like that she has shorter workouts and all the premixes. I think that Your Best Body is the closest to the style of CLX because she works the core really well at the same time she is working upper and lower body.

Some other suggestions:

Michele Carmichael - she has the fun factor with good music and there are some shorter options on one of her DVDs

David Kirsch 7 Day Prescription - 30 min workouts, has lots of great exercises that really work the core as well, he also has a couple of DVDs and a few books if you just want to try out his style

I think someone suggest Venus Index, you might also like Valerie Waters. She has some workouts on Youtube that you could try out.

Sometimes I like to mix and match the CLX workouts with her TF strength workouts, but if you are tired of Chalene than that may be a bit much.

Lindsay Brin - she has the two new systems out and her workouts mostly focus on more of a cardio effect, but there are some strength workouts in there and they are highly effective, she really gets to the point quickly and I think her style of teaching is both motivating and fun similar to Chalene

I have not tried these, but maybe these http://www.discountworkouts.com/weights.php
They also have a fitness channel: http://thegymbox.com/

I love the gymbox, and they have hundreds of streaming workouts, but unfortunately, their strength workouts are nothing like CLX, and also one of their weak points. Everything is high rep and even though every now and then there is something unique, their weight workouts are so similar, I wonder why they keep spending the money to shoot what is virtually the same exact workout. Generally, they are more like bodypump with not so good music.

I love Lindsay's Fierce Weightloss set. 30ish minutes workouts but they are muscle and cardio endurance. Lots of high impact but it can easily be modified. Definitely worth a look at this or the Lean Out set. They aren't slow and heavy but Lindsay is motivating and gets the job done. All the plyo work will really get your legs muscles worked.
