Acey! ( reviews that make you laugh)

I just read a review of Denise Austin's Cardio Blast (or something like that). Loved this line:Another solid intermediate offering from Denise. Backed by her squad of 20-something, silent but determinedly smiling women...

Always enjoy the sly humor stuck in reviews-- KathAL usually cracks me up too. I'm sure there are others too, but my mind is blank right now.

Anyway, THANKS FOR THE LAUGHS

Love paideiamom's review of 10 Minute Workouts for a Knockout Body or something to that effect. It's for some wii game. Funny LOL!

Alta's reviews always crack me up.

From Gentle Yoga for Beginners by Suzanne Deason:
"I like her because she is supple and flexible, but not annoyingly so. Her poses seem attainable, unlike those of Rodney "put some pants on" Yee or Patricia "pretzel-woman" Walden."

There is no rule saying that a review has to be funny. But, it sure helps sometimes.

And it helps us to remember the review!

Oh, I just saw this (sorry, have been busy!) and want to say thanks, although often the real credit should go to others, including too many VFers to be named personally, who inspire and get my sense of humor.

I agree wholeheartedly.

Writing reviews is actually more fun when you slip in something that's humorous.

Aw, thanks Roz! I think I got the most laughs with my review of the Firm's Cardio Dance with Allie...
