Most intense kickbox workouts?

With preferable a lot of kicking? What do you suggest? Which Susan Chung is the best?

Are you asking specifically about Susan Chung? I've tried 1 -3 and I think #2 is the most intense of those 3.

4 is Susan Chung's best according to a lot of people here, including me.

Ohhh! Do you think 4 is the most intense? It's the only one I haven't tried.

4 is sustained cardio for about an hour. There is no weight work or abs. 3 kickboxing rounds and 3 boxing rounds with little blasts in them to keep the heart rate up. I wouldn't call it super intense, but it's probably up there for her DVDs.

Good to know - thank you! I never tried it because I thought 2 was the most intense. I'll have to check it out.

Where have I been? I'm not familiar with Susan Chung and I like kickboxing. I just previewed her workout #4 on total fitness dvd's and it looks good. It is going on my wishlist!

So can we agree that she is the best?

I think the hardest kickboxing workout I have is Kick Punch Crunch by Cathe. From a pure heart rate point of view, it's much harder than the Rapid Fires. However, it has a lot of non-kickboxing moves which is why it's so challenging. I'm not sure any pure kickboxing DVD really gets you to your max heart rate. I agree that Rapid Fire 4 is one of her most challenging workouts.

But I think Kickbox Burn by Patrick Goudeau is also more difficult and has more of a cardio factor.

Goudeau's Kickbox Burn is very challenging.

Cathe's Kick Punch Crunch

Ilaria's Powerstrike 7 (if you can get past the really poor filming/editing/sound issues)
