Anyone heard of Group Kick?

I went to Goodwill and got 5 group kick DVDs for $2.00 each. They're from 2010 & 2011.. One that's called something like "let's get shoulders!" And another that's a guy flexing on the front that looks like Fred from core fusion and it's called get fierce or something (they're in Little Buzzes room right now & she's sleeping so I'm going off memory)
There's not a ton I can find on them. The DVDs also include an instructor notes dvd and a few of them have another DVD but I didn't dig in deep... Maybe I was afraid to stall before I got to the register . I wanted to pay for them before they changed their mind!!!!!!!!

Anyhow, anyone have any experience with group kick classes? Are they cardio? Cardio & strength? What would you compare them to? Turbo Jammie? Or more tapout-ey? From what I can find they look like fun, but VFers, who are the ones I turn to, have nothing I can find!

And just as an FYI, I also got a 4 DVD set of core rhythms for $4.99 . It was a nice Friday evening!!!

I have never heard of them but I went to the website and it reminds me of body combat. You must be an instructor to buy them from the website and the cost is $34 with auto ship and $50 without. Great find

Buzzer, that was a great find.

Body Training System s a spinoff of Les Mills. I'm not sure exactly what happened, but there was a split. BTS's classes are very similar to Les Mills' classes, so Group Kick is like BodyCombat.

I have several of their workouts and like them very much.

My former gym has Group Kick classes. It is the BTS version of BodyCombat. Lucky find.
