Oh goodness, I don't remember... maybe 5?? Alternating with the thigh sets. You're really doing quite a few pushups, but since the sets are short, I don't think it's nearly as arduous as in some other workouts. It's a great way to get good at pushups, for sure. And my HR really did get high and I burned a lot of calories in a short time. I think the workout is around 25 min.
Well they didn't. They just answered my question on FB - it will be streaming.
And I'm not buying them. I will not buy streaming workouts. Got that, P57, SpiroFit and anyone else offering awesome workouts that can't be downloaded?
I won't be buying it either, then. I need to curb spending right now anyway, so just as well! I'd love a new P57 though. (Well, curb spending except for the new Yoga Warrior 365, that is.)
